## Construction & Materials

· Housing: 8” diameter cast aluminum housing.
· Top Cover: Cast aluminum, sealed.
· Lens Frame: Cast aluminum, sealed, with memory retention silicone gasket.
· Lens: Tempered clear glass.
· Reflector: Semi-specular aluminum.
· Bollard Stands: 2” x 2” extruded square aluminum twin.
· Bollard Base: One-piece heavy cast aluminum, triangular.
· Access Cover: Aluminum, flush mount, sealed with stainless steel screws.
· Hardware: All stainless steel.
· Finish: Polyester powder baked coatings (MIL-C781706, 2000-hour salt spray test). Available in standard and optional colors (RAL# available).
· Aluminum Components: Non-corrosive, pure aluminum copper-free (#356 alloy, <0.1% copper content).
