## High-Side Power Switches with Flag

Description
️· High-side power switches (80mΩ) for USB applications.
️· Internal N-Channel MOSFET driven by a charge pump.
️· Features a fault flag output pin.
️· Protects against hot-plug events with voltage droop and soft-start.
️· Internal shutdown circuit activates at die temperatures above 130℃.
️· UVLO (Under-Voltage Lockout) at 1.3V/2.5V (typ.) ensures off-state operation with low input voltage.
️· Fault current limited to 0.6A/1.1A (US201/A) and 1.3A/1.5A (US201B/C).
