KS0066U is a dot matrix LCD driver & controller LSI which is fabricated by low power CMOS technology.

It can display 1or 2 lines with the 5´8 dots format or 1 line with the 5´11 dots format.

1. Character type dot matrix LCD driver & controller.

2. Internal driver: 16 common and 40 segment signal output.

3. Easy interface with 4-bit or 8-bit MPU.
