9.13.2 Typical Total Harmonic Distorsion
Figure 100 shows three typical curves for different
VDD values. This characterisation has been done
at TA 25°C using a 1 kHz sine wave signal with an
average value of VDD/2. This signal is input to the
SPGA configured in non-inverter mode with a gain
of 1. The SPGA output is loaded with a 1K resistor.
