Description
The XAA117 is a dual, single-pole, normally open (1-Form-A) Solid State Relay with two independently controlled, optically coupled MOSFET switches that feature 3750Vrms of input to output isolation.

• Low Drive Power Requirements (TTL/CMOS Compatible)
• Arc-Free With No Snubbing Circuits
