– Temperature independent switching behavior
– Positive temperature coefficient on VF
• SiC Power MOSFET
– Low RDS(on)
– High temperature performance
• Kelvin emitter for easy drive
• Low stray inductance
• AlN substrate for improved thermal performance
• M5 power connectors
