• Independent enable pin for switcher and LDO
• Selectable ultra sonic power-save mode (SiC402A)
• Selectable power-save mode (SiC402B)
• Programmable soft-start and soft-shutdown
• 1 % internal reference voltage
• Power good output
• Over voltage and under voltage protections
