Description
The MCPF1525M06 is a fully integrated, highly efficient, and user-friendly point-of-load voltage regulator
module. It incorporates an on-chip pulse-width modulation (PWM) controller, integrated MOSFETs, and
built-in inductors and capacitors, resulting in a compact and precise solution. Its low-profile package is
optimized for automated assembly using standard surface-mount equipment. The MCPF1525M06 supports
programmable operation via I2C and PMBus™ protocols. Comprehensive development and optimization
have resulted in the smallest, most efficient, and fully featured 25A–200A point-of-load solution available
today. Integrated protection features include pre-biased start-up, soft-start protection, overvoltage protection,
thermally compensated overcurrent protection with hiccup mode, and thermal shutdown with auto-recovery.
