DESCRIPTION
Symmetrical silicon n-channel junction FETs in plastic TO-92 envelopes. They are intended for applications such as analog switches, choppers, commutators etc.

FEATURES
• High speed switching
• Interchangeability of drain and
   source connections
• Low RDS on atzero Qate voltage
