Output Detector

The integrated detector is coupled to the RFout. With no RF output and an external 7.5 kΩ connected to 4 V, the

detector gives approximately a 2 V output, which is temperature dependent due to the detector diode. An additional

reference diode and equal value resistors are also included. This allows the detector to be temperature compensated

by taking the differential voltage Vref - Vdet.
