Connect to GND by a capacitor to set duration of IPKH-2 (see
Section 7.3 and Table 9 / Table 10).
Connect to IN2 by a 220 kΩ resistor to disable initial IPKH-2 threshold on
channel 2 (the over-current limit for channel 2 is only IPKL-2).
Connect to GND by a 10 kΩ resistor to disable IPKL-2 on channel 2 (the
over-current threshold for channel 2 is only IPKH-2).
