At power-up, the AX88772A/AX88172A requires the VCC3R3/VCC3IO/VCC3A3/VCC33A_H/ VCC33A_PLL power
supply to rise to nominal operating voltage within Trise3 and the V18F/VCCK/VCC18A power supply to rise to nominal
operating voltage within Trise2.
