The general MLCC products are designed for use in devices

with a typical lifetime around 10 years.

The general MLCC products are designed so that the useful

lifetime can be extended longer than 10 years under the fol-

lowing conditions:

*80% of the rated voltage or less, Maximum operating tem-

perature -20 degree C or less

Extended useful lifetime, under specific operating conditions,

can be estimated from the chart.

*The useful lifetime is the time when cumulative failure rate

becomes 1%.

only and not guaranteed.
