8 Application and Implementation

8.1 Application Information

The LP50xx device is an 18- or 24-channel constant-current-sink LED driver. The LP50xx device improves

the user experience in color mixing and intensity control, for both live effects and coding effort. The optimized

performance for RGB LEDs makes it a good choice for human-machine interaction applications.

8.2 Typical Application

The LP50xx design supports up to four devices in parallel with different configurations on the ADDR0 and

ADDR1 pins.
