Description:
Horizontal displacement of the outgoing active video area image in pixels from the leading edge of
outgoing horizontal sync.
Any change to TV_CLK, PROG_INT, or PAL_NTSC fields in the HCRS register causes the internal
micro-controller to initialize HOHOS register to a default value appropriate to the new output mode.
