・リフローチャートを下図に示します。

・リフロー後の洗浄は不可です。

・フローはんだは不可です。

・下記プロファイル以外でご使用の際には、事前に当社にご確認の上、ご使用下さい。

 Following figure shows temperature profile when reflow soldering.

 Cleaning after reflow soldering should not be applied.

 Flow soldering should not be applied.

･Please contact us when using other reflow profile except following reflow

profile.
