BONDING PAD DIAGRAMS
Notes:
1.
Two VPP pads should be connected to the Positive Power Supply during voice playback.
2.
VDD and AVDD should be connected to the Positive Power Supply.
3.
VSS and AVSS should be connected to the Power GND.
4.
Substrate should be connected to the Power GND.
