プリント基板に取り付けて試験する

尚、温度は基板表面上温度とする。

＜DIPタイプ＞

はんだ付タイン部をのはんだ槽中に

260℃ 10±1秒間浸漬して試験する。

＜SMTタイプ＞

リフロー回数：２回

温度プロファイルは Fig.10参照

＜手はんだの場合＞
