In the following tables, pin information are reported, including alternate function mapping and

reference to package pin out.

4.1 Power Supply pins

Note1: 16 Pins (1,10,46,55,66,75,84,93,103,113,129,143,163,180,196) are VDD3 (3.3 supply).

Note2: 3 Pins (8,59,140) are VDD (1.8 supply).

Note3: 19 Pins (2,9,11,47,56,60,67,76,85,94,104,114,130,141,142,162,181,197) are VSS (ground).

4.2 Global Pins

In Table 3 clock, reset and configuration pins of the device are reported.

System RESET Input with Schmitt-Trigger characteristics.

A low level at this pin resets asynchronously the STR720 device, except the RTC logic.

This has to be driven low by an external pull-down resistor when VDDRTC is connected

and the rest of the device is not powered.
