Over temperature for Boost 1/2 (set when TJ ≥TTSD for

more than tOVT); if this bit is set:

– (a) in Active Mode: Both Boost 1/2 are latched OFF;

reset is performed by a R&C command, which will be

successful only if TJ < TW2. Then Boost is allowed to

turn on again.

– (b) in Limp Home, after setting an OVT, an auto restart

procedure is implemented: every tAUTORESTART OVT bit

is automatically cleared and, if TJ < TW2, then Boost 1/2

is allowed to turn on again, otherwise OVT bit is set

again.

Thermal warning 2 for Boost 1/2.

This bit is set if T

J  TW2. This is a read only and real time

bit.

When Boost 1 temperature decreases under a second

threshold (TJ < TW1), this bit is cleared.

TW1

Thermal warning 1 for Boost 1/2.

This bit is set if TJ  TW1. This is a read only and real time

bit.

When Boost 1 temperature decreases under a second

threshold (TJ < TW1 - TW1_HYS) this bit is cleared

VSPI_FAIL

External SPI supply

[0]: external SPI supply present

[1]: external SPI supply not present (VDD voltage lower

than VDD, UV). When this bit is set, device goes to Limp
