Full-scale allows display up to ±256°C. RT12 –RT0: Remote Temperature Result Bits 3-15 Shows the remote temperature measurement result. PVLD Power Valid Flag Bit 1 This bit is the power valid flag. The TMP512/13 do not start a temperature conversion if the power supply is not valid. If the voltage is less than 2.7V during a conversion, the PVLD bit is set to '1' and the temperature result may be incorrect. DO Diode Open Flag Bit 0 This bit is the diode open flag. If the Remote Channels are open during a conversion, then Diode Open bit is set at the end of the conversion. Shunt Positive Limit Register 0Ch (Read/Write) At full-scale range = ±320mV, 15-bit + sign, LSB = 10μV (decimal = 32000, positive value hex = 7D00, negative value hex = 8300).
