Reading the Signature Bytes :
The signature bytes are read by the same procedure as a
normal verification of locations 000H and 001H, except
that P3.5 and P3.7 need to be pulled to a logic low.
Manufacturer ID:
(00H) = E0H ( Indicates manufactured by HEI )
Device ID:
(01H) = 26H ( Indicates GMS97C2051/L2051 )
U : unprogrammed, P : programmed
