127 / 159 page  TMS570LS3137 www.ti.com SPNS162. – SEPTEMBER 2011 5.3 General-Purpose Input/Output The GPIO module on this device supports two ports, GIOA and GIOB. The I/O pins are bidirectional and bit-programmable. Both GIOA and GIOB support external interrupt capability. 5.3.1 Features The GPIO module has the following features: • Each IO pin can be configured as: – Input – Output – Open Drain • The interrupts have the following characteristics: – Programmable interrupt detection either on both edges or on a single edge (set in GIOINTDET) – Programmable edge-detection polarity, either rising or falling edge (set in GIOPOL register) – Individual interrupt flags (set in GIOFLG register) – Individual interrupt enables, set and cleared through GIOENASET and GIOENACLR registers respectively – Programmable interrupt priority, set through GIOLVLSET and GIOLVLCLR registers • Internal pullup/pulldown allows unused I/O pins to be left unconnected For information on input and output timings see Section 3.8 and Section 3.9 Copyright © 2011, Texas Instruments Incorporated Peripheral Information and Electrical Specifications 127 Submit Documentation Feedback focus.ti.com: TMS570LS3137 |
