3D STEREO EXPANSION
The 3D Stereo Expansion is an audio enhancement feature which can be enabled in the digital
playback path of the WM8994 audio interfaces. This feature uses configurable cross-talk mechanisms
to adjust the depth or width of the stereo audio.
The WM8994 provides three 3D Stereo Expansion circuits; these are associated with AIF1 timeslot 0,
AIF1 timeslot 1 and AIF2 respectively. The 3D Stereo Expansion is enabled and controlled in these
signal paths using the register bits described in Table 33.
