ANALOGUE OUTPUT SIGNAL PATH
The WM8994 output routing and mixers provide a high degree of flexibility, allowing operation of many
simultaneous signal paths through the device to a variety of analogue outputs. The outputs include a
ground referenced headphone driver, two switchable class D/AB loudspeaker drivers, an ear speaker
driver and four highly flexible
line drivers. See “Analogue Outputs” for further details of these outputs.
The WM8994 output signal paths and control registers are illustrated in Figure 31.
